TIP:

The bark of young trees is very sensitive. A protective hose attached to the trunk prevents friction on the trunk.

Tests conducted by the provincial research institute in Quedlinburg have shown that the risk of bulking or constriction in GEFA tree trusses is very low. Nevertheless: check regularly! After 3 years you should remove the tree bindings. Trunk of the upper half is otherwise much stronger than at the bottom.
