As an authorized officer and graduate in business administration, he is responsible for purchasing and financial management at GEFA. In addition, he coordinates price calculations and oversees the company’s commercial processes – reliably, systematically and with many years of experience.

Ms Fabritz is responsible for Human Resources at GEFA. She manages organizational matters relating to the team, coordinates personnel issues and ensures that internal processes are handled reliably and systematically.

As the founder of GEFA, he remains closely involved in product development through his experience, technical expertise and ideas. Many practical insights continue to flow into new solutions and help develop the product range in a meaningful and future-oriented way. As a trained landscape gardener and graduate engineer, he provides technical advice and supports the planning and development of projects in urban environments. His focus is on sustainable tree-planting solutions – from concept and planning through to practical implementation. As a knowledgeable contact, he provides support on all matters relating to future-proof planting concepts, innovative tree locations and functional systems for urban green spaces.

As a graduate engineer in landscape planning, he is GEFA’s contact in Northern Germany. His focus is on young tree planting and automatic irrigation systems. With technical expertise and a strong regional presence, he supports customers and partners in selecting suitable solutions for a wide range of planting situations.

Christoph Pösken brings more than 15 years of practical experience in tree care and restoration to GEFA’s technical consulting team. He is the contact for crown support systems, soil amendments and practical solutions for trees. In addition to consulting, he supports customers on site and shares his expertise through seminars and training courses – with the aim of developing individual, practical solutions.

Jonas Herzog has been part of GEFA since 2014. With his Bachelor of Arts degree and many years of practical experience, he has been working as Innovation and Sustainability Manager for just over a year. In this role, he develops forward-looking sustainability strategies that combine environmental, social and economic aspects. He is also responsible for GEFA’s presence in the specialist media and is your contact for all matters relating to media, communication and sustainability.

As a trained wholesale and retail professional, he is responsible for field sales in Southern Germany. He provides personal support and demonstrates on site which GEFA solutions best meet your requirements.

With many years of sales experience and a strong understanding of our customers’ requirements, he has been GEFA’s personal contact for Eastern and Southern Germany for several years.

For more than a decade, you have been able to rely on the expertise of this trained office administrator for project support, orders and questions relating to order processing at GEFA.

Katharina Heinrich manages GEFA’s internal sales team and, together with her team, ensures that enquiries, quotations and orders are processed reliably. She is also responsible for accounting and is the contact for commercial processes relating to invoices and payments.

As a CAD specialist, he supports GEFA’s technical consultants in developing technical project plans and preparing quotations. His precise CAD drawings provide an important basis for planning, consulting and implementation.

Mr Schulteis is an important member of GEFA’s internal sales team. He is the contact for customer enquiries, ordering processes and quotation preparation. He also manages the online shop and ensures that digital orders and customer requests are handled reliably and systematically. In addition, he processes orders from the online shop and supports customers with all questions relating to the ordering process and approval for purchasing on account.

Niklas Habrich works at GEFA in logistics management and is involved in key processes relating to the flow of goods, quotation preparation and order intake. He is also a technical consultant for soil amendments and supports customers with questions about suitable products and applications.

Her main focus is Human Resources. She works on optimizing and digitalizing HR processes, supports recruitment and manages modern employee benefits. In doing so, she helps make HR at GEFA clearer, more efficient and future-ready.

He is responsible for project support at GEFA and remains in direct contact with customers regarding ongoing and planned projects. Drawing on his many years of sales experience, he follows up specifically on project status, keeps track of developments and helps identify and pursue opportunities at an early stage.

As a technical all-rounder, he combines IT, CAD planning and graphics at GEFA. He supports internal processes, prepares technical plans and creates visual content for a variety of applications. He is also the contact for irrigation and, as a native speaker, provides an important link to our Polish partners.

With a keen eye for numbers, she reliably keeps accounting and financial administration on track. Whether it concerns invoices, payments or commercial questions, she is the right contact and ensures that everything is handled clearly and transparently.
