The GreenDrop irrigation bag white is the latest development from GEFA Produkte Fabritz GmbH. With its 60 - 75 liter volume, it is the optimal solution for targeted tree irrigation.
The background: When using green water bags, which are attached directly to the trunk of a young tree without spacers or a certain distance, some customers reported heat damage to the trunk. With conventional irrigation bags in green color, the water or air between the trunk and the bag can heat up so much that damage to the trunk can occur.
The new GreenDrop® "white" irrigation bag reduces the risk of such damage. The special advantage of this water bag lies in its white color, which prevents overheating of the trunk. Our white water bag effectively reflects sunlight and thus reduces heat transfer to the tree trunk.
And there's also a plus in terms of aesthetics – whenever it's used in conjunction with trunk protection color, it creates a harmonious color scheme.
