Arbo-Flex 7 plus is a long-term trunk protection paint specifically designed to prevent/reduce thermal bark damage caused by heat or frost on deciduous trees.
The protection period after a single application lasts more than 7 years and replaces 10-15 traditional lime coatings. This allows the trunk to gradually adapt to the changed radiation conditions over this period.
ARBO-FLEX 7 plus trunk protection paint must not be exposed to frost.
Proper bark cleaning and sufficient primer application are prerequisites for the multi-year durability of ARBO-FLEX 7 plus.
Time required:
- Steps: Pre-cleaning, Priming with LX 60, Painting with Arbo-Flex
- Trunk circumference 14/16 and 2 m crown attachment (painting height)
- 6-7 minutes per trunk
Consumption of primer LX 60: up to 20% of the consumption quantity of Arbo-Flex

Workflow for ARBO-FLEX 7 plus:
1. Mechanical pre-cleaning using the provided abrasive pad (when used correctly, cleaning with special wire brushes is significantly more effective, especially for initial bark formation, strong lichen growth, etc.).
2. Apply LX 60 primer generously, let it dry (until tacky).
3. Apply ARBO-FLEX main coat opaque! (It's almost like "applying putty" with the brush).
In the set: 2.5 kg ARBO-FLEX 7 plus, 0.5 l LX 60 primer, 1 abrasive pad, and 1 brush.
The trunk protection paint is sufficient for approximately 5 trees (20-25 trunk units).
