GreenTainer Type-Retro Bench
The GreenTainer Type-Retro Bench 1500/BR is a sturdy and versatile seating option designed specifically for integration with GreenTainer Type-Retro planters. Made of galvanized steel and European robinia wood, it ensures both durability and an appealing aesthetic.
Material and Construction
The bench features side panels made of 4 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel, providing reliable corrosion protection. The seating surface consists of robinia wood, classified in durability class 1-2 according to DIN EN 350-2. The wooden slats are curved (bombed) to improve water drainage and allow for faster drying. Each slat is approximately 26 mm thick and 60 mm wide, with a gap of about 6 mm between them.
Assembly and Safety
The bench is designed to be easily mounted onto two GreenTainer Type-Retro planters, which are sold separately. The connection is vandalism-proof, featuring an upper bent edge and security screws that prevent unwanted removal. Installation is quick and simple, allowing the bench to be attached to the planters either at the short or long sides.
Comfort and Design
With a seat height of approximately 45 cm and a depth of 40 cm, the bench offers comfortable seating. The rounded edges of the wooden slats and the curved surface enhance comfort while reducing the risk of injury. Its simple yet functional design blends seamlessly into various environments.
Two GreenTainer planters are required for installation!
